The Wellington room is located on the first floor og the Waterloo Farm Courtyard business complex adjacent to Office Helper's offices.
Situated in scenic, rural Bedfordshire, Waterloo Farm is ideally located on the A507 which links the A1 (M) at junction 10 and to the M1 near junction 13, Milton Keynes.
Facilities available in the conference room include PC projection, flip charts, conference phone and high speed wireless internet access.
Adjacent to the conference room, is our fully equipped office with access to fax, photocopying, scanning and printing services all assisted by our skilled, professional business support staff.

Car Parking
Ample parking is available in the main car park with overflow parking to the rear of the complex for larger groups.
Access
Staff will be on hand to provide access to the room 15 minutes prior to your booked start time.
There is no lift so delegates with disabilities will need to be able to safely negotiate the two (small) flights of stairs to the conference room.
Toilets
Male and female toilets are available across the lobby from the conference room.
Safety and First Aid
Full fire safety systems are installed with clearly marked fire escape routes. First Aid supplies meet current statutory requirements.
